Shy El-Ghazi

Founder & CEO · Strategy & Partnerships

Shy founded See My Mind after experiencing first-hand how difficult it can be for families and schools to piece together what a child needs and what helps. As CEO, she leads the company’s strategy, partnerships and growth, drawing on her experience as a parent and on the perspectives of families and school teams.

Shy cares deeply about helping the adults around a child share what they learn, hear the child’s own perspective and build on the support that works.

Shuaib Rabbani

Co-Founder · Architecture & Business Development

Shuaib brings more than three decades of experience in enterprise technology and platform architecture, alongside his perspective as the parent of an autistic child. At See My Mind, he shapes the platform’s architecture and leads business development, bringing together the technical and commercial decisions that support the company’s growth.

Shuaib is committed to building a platform that can grow with the schools and families it serves, guided by a first-hand understanding of what it takes to coordinate support around a child.

Sushil Kanwar

Co-Founder · Product & Technology

Sushil is an enterprise technology and transformation leader with experience leading complex programmes from strategy through delivery and adoption. At See My Mind, he leads product direction and platform development, shaping how the needs of children, families and schools translate into tools they can use every day.

Sushil is focused on building world-class infrastructure that makes See My Mind reliable, secure and ready to support the schools and families who depend on it.

Shy brings the original vision and understanding of the problem. Shuaib brings enterprise architecture, commercial technology experience and business development. Sushil brings the engineering capability to build and evolve the platform.

We are developing See My Mind with the people who will use it.

That means listening to parents and carers, teachers, TAs, SENCOs, school leaders and other professionals, testing assumptions early and letting real-world experience shape the product.

The goal is not to build software and ask people to adapt to it. The goal is to build See My Mind around the way children are actually supported and the information people genuinely need.
